    If you have then you might not know that fibre comes in different size cores from 4 cores to 432 in submarine fibre core. You would have to splice the fibre to access a pair for each building which if wasnt enclosed in the sewer it would be very easy for something to happen to that pair.

    I'm sure it does. That wasn't what you originally suggested though, just that they wouldn't run the fibre to the door.
