I kindof think its got out of hand a bit. After all, the real [Name removed by Forum Team] is 16 years old. Unless he is in an international ring of fraudsters, (and he would have been shut down long ago if that was the case!) would he really be smart enough to do all this? I think we give the real [Name removed by Forum Team] too much credit! And besides, the really stupid writing style of [Name removed by Forum Team] 's does not match the above poster!Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0

im of the opinion that this thread has served its purpose now.
All that seems to be happening as the latest saga shows paranoia and infighting.
Let it remain for all to see from google as a warning, however unless there are any TRUE developments, i feel its time to put it to bed and leave GC in the hands of the authoritys..
Although i still belive someone should start a ED page on [Name removed by Forum Team] , as a history on the snotrag and somewhere to go for latest developments
But thats just my opinion.0 -
you're right, but if you-know-who continues to pour fuel on the fire it is unlikely to stop, and it is very very funny
the sensible thing to do would be to pull the website and disappear quietly into obscurity, but I get the impression he is enjoying the notoriety/limelight in some strange twisted way.

(To save you reading, the guy allegedly scammed thousands from Ebay users, for hundreds of DVDs he didn't have - after months of official investigations nothing happened due to 'insufficient evidence' despite a clear history of the original Ebay auctions, records of payments, correspondence with a long list of excuses and fob-offs, etc. The only people that got their money back were those that took action independently)
But that comment prompted me to post: I was one of the Zippymilk victims and I can confirm that there was no "allegedly" about it. I was lucky (!), he only took me for £26. Some of his victims ordered whole sets worth hundreds. And yes, after months of hundreds of us organising ourselves, collating info, contacting and tracking more of his victims, passing it on (there were a couple of policemen in the Yahoo group that got created), it was very disheartening that the CPS chose not to pursue... Not enough evidence, my backside.
Sorry for the change of subject, the name brought back bad memories.0 -

As long as the [Name removed by Forum Team] s continue trading, especially with that very insecure credit-card processing feature, then this thread should stay active to act as a warning to any potential customers. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Phew.
46 pages, 3 teas, 1 Diet Pepsi, 1 lunch, a few pee breaks, and done!!! Bloomin' 'eck, last time I spent that long on a thread was 3 yrs ago when the bank charges one was going full blast!!!
So in summary: all quiet on the Eastern front at the moment. [Name removed by Forum Team] & Co are being apparently investigated by TS, the police, the tax people, Scoobydoo, the ICO (if not, why not? The breaches of the DPA seem to abound!), The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency (which is in Bostwana, but hey, let's send her to Nigeria!) and meanwhile Master [Name removed by Forum Team] is still "trading", although it would appear that his dealings have gone downhill from page 1.
Fair summary?0 -

No, I am afraid you have got it all wrong. According to Garry's best friend Dan all the charges were dropped weeks ago:-
hey
just thought i should let you all know,

really is not that bad, personally i have not had any problems with his service.
Also he has been cleared of all charges, therefore proving that it was more than likely a lot of jealous people with nothing better to do than bring down a 16 year old who was doing well for himself
