There is always a problem when entering into a contact with a 'minor', if, indeed, [Name removed by Forum Team] is a 'minor'. If he is sixteen and living in England or Wales then his customers are really on a 'sticky wicket' since they would be bound by any contact made but [Name removed by Forum Team] would not.
Of course, the whole issue is complicated by the fact that there is an implication on the website that any contract would be with a registered UK company. Only at the checkout stage is there any hint that a prospective customer is dealing with an individual and not a company.0 -

Infuriatingly, having performed a search on eBay for a member with the email address '[EMAIL="legal@gcspcs.co.uk"]legal@gcspcs.co.uk[/EMAIL]', I have found that there is an account with such an email address, but data protection means the info can't be shared unless I have traded with him.
Would have been good to see his (mobile phone) purchase history...
