Another organisation that needs to be alerted so they can take action against the [Name removed by Forum Team] s is the Gambling Commission. The company is running a prize competition where you have to make a purchase before you can be entered for the draw. That is illegal.

Had one of those 419 scam emails the other day.

I think I might have accidently, not on purpose, by mistake............replied but asking that they only contact me via GCs Pcs, as I have loadsamoney.

Looking back at this forum and some of the things said by [Name removed by Forum Team] , you can see that his story is changing all the time. For instance, over on DS somebody asked about that address in Basingstoke. [Name removed by Forum Team] 's reply was :-

I suggest you do not use this site - it's registered in Basingstoke I spoke to a mail company there.

Looks like someone is trying to copy me and make things look worse, so please ignore it

Yet when I spoke to him on the phone a couple of days ago he said that the Basingstoke address was his headquarters and was his "virtual office".

Having only recently joined this forum, and quickly getting up to speed with the timeline of this fraud (from [Name removed by Forum Team] being hailed as the next Alan Sugar to this) the thing that astounds me the most is that the [Name removed by Forum Team] s have still not been arrested!

Let's have a brief recap of the evidence, in case Simon Dovaston thinks [Name removed by Forum Team] is just a harmless young kid:

1) Theft/Obtaining a pecuniary advantage by deception (charging credit cards without sending the product or without any intention of sending the product or even having the product)

NOTE: [Name removed by Forum Team] himself thinks the above is "not a big deal", see his comment on the story of Vance Miller's factory blaze in the Daily Mirror.

2) VAT fraud

3) PAYE/NI fraud

4) Running an illegal lottery/announcing fake prize winners

5) Credit card phishing

6) Using credit cards obtained by phishing to make further purchases

7) Sending threatening emails, including warnings of actual physical and sexual violence or burglary

8) Making abusive telephone calls

I suspect that David and [Name removed by Forum Team] will have harmed someone before the Police finally step in.

I seriously think it will turn out the other way around. I think the Police will get involved for his own protection, as I can see poor [Name removed by Forum Team] n his Daddy being seriously outnumbered by the masses.

I think they are so on the edge, [Name removed by Forum Team] could run amok at his High School (I am not joking!!); remember, the kid is only 16, and the constant pressure from a substantial number of well educated adults, who disect every one of his silly lies in seconds must be tremendous.

On a personal level, I eventually raised a chargeback and got all my money back; during the many conversations I had with [Name removed by Forum Team] asking for a refund I was met with the following responses:

1) Go and screw yourself
2) go and f*ck your mother up the a*rse
3) get a proper job and stop trespassing on our phone lines (!)
4) we'll be watching your caravan when you're on hols
5) I'd give your daughter one if she wasn't so ugly
6) I 'll come over right now and cover you in my sh*t
7) watch your kids, my mate drives a big lorry
