hi, sorry to hijack the thread but we are planning to do the opposite by turning our garage conversion back into a garage witha utility room at the back, we would need a small extension to the front to allow for the utility room at the back,
any idea on costs, work to be done is:
small single storey extension to the front with garage door, block work wall and upvc door at the back to go into utility, block up archway leading to coversion, dig up concrete floor for garage i think 150 mm deep.
knock through archway from kitchen to utility, inc all plastering .
many thanks in advance
bride
also do we need planning for the samll extension as we have already had a loft conversion0 -
Sunshine, who did you use for your garage conversion and are you happy with their work?
Can you give their details to me if you are happy with their workmanship?
Thank you0 -
