According to the press they've been tampered with.

Your card issuer won't tell YOU if your card details and/or PIN has been compromised. Here are two tips if you have used these ATMs recently:
Change your PIN asap and Keep an eye on your statements.

Well, as long as users are blocking the view of the keypad as they press and not allowing anyone to stand too close during use...:beer:"Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."
