I've got an offer

I wrote to Halifax around 10 days ago claiming £397 for charges for the period 2004 - 2007. The amount includes interest calculated on the fees which were charged at £25 each.
I have just recieved an offer back from them of £143; this is the difference of the 11 fees (£25-£12(supposidly fair fee) = £13 x 11 = £143) Do you think I should accept the offer and be happy with getting something back or push them for the full amount including interest?
Thanks again Martin, it really does work!!!!
