It's the people who minimise their use of mobiles that will not want to live near a mast.

Irrespective of whether there is an actual danger there is a perceived danger by smoe people.

Therefore the number of people attracted to your house will be less than otherwise.
There will be those who aren't bothered and those that are. I don't think there will be any who will buy it if it is at a reduced price but not at a higher price. Buying this house could limit the time it takes to resell. Which means if, when you come to sell, you are in a hurry you might have to reduce the price. If you are not rushed at that time then it shouldn't effect a sale.

Of course the big unknown is any further research that comes to light between the time you buy and the time you sell.

I think you've summed it up perfectly there. It doesn't matter what the facts are, its people's perception I was worried about.

Its good to see that it wouldn't bother most people who have posted here.

    Thanks

I was trying to factual rather than give my personal opinion!

If you want my personal opinion, I wouldn't take the risk.

just make sure you sell your house in summer in future when the mast will be 'masked'

but as I said earlier, half the people bothered by a mast are probably oblivious to where any other masts are because they aren't as obvious as standalone ones on a pole. Most attached to buildings etc. people don't pay attention too.
