Still no reply. I haven't even got to the stage of asking for dates/destination. Still waiting to get confirmation I even won in the first place.

I got a separate email for each of my resubmittances (is that a word? :rotfl:) that I had put in up to Friday - all of them saying that the free seats had all been allocated on the flights I had picked - although I think no matter what dates I put in now they just say no! I think they must be really fed up with my complaining but if they just gave me flights to somewhere warm (with cheap hotels that I can afford) I'd soon stop .............. :rotfl:

I'm going to have a good look at the offers they have on their website at the moment and put in for one of the cheap flights (they obviously don't want to give any flights that are more than £50, do they?) and see what happens. Here goes another week of waiting ...................

I've pretty much given up all hope of using these flights to be honest, have started to see if there are any good deals about at the moment on package holidays. I will never, ever, use jet2 again though. I'd rather pay more and fly with somebody else than give them a penny of my money.

I asked how they could say those on hotmail were not at a disadvantage to everyone else, funny how they couldn't answer that question!

For me it's matter of principle now - I won the flights in a "fairly fair" competition and feel Jet2 should honour the prizes - if everyone gives up and doesn't use the flights then Jet2 have "won" - they may have lost us as potential future paying customers but there is always somebody who will pay for those "free" seats we sacrifice so please stick at it - we need to make them suffer (even if it's only a little bit :rotfl:)

I applied for my flights 3 weeks ago and then chased up over the weekend - this is the response I got today!!

It is starting to look like there may have been some technical problems in the first couple of days for winners trying to submit their flight requests in the first few days but we're not really sure when the problem arose or why!

There aren't any problems now and all requests are being received ok so you just need to resubmit your next request.

Well, it's certainly no consolation to all us idiots who submitted in the first couple of days then waited for ages before being advised to resubmit - why didn't they email everyone and let them know - as I said before my winning number was below 200 yet 4 weeks on I've lost out any chance of going anywhere I want to go yet people with far higher numbers have gotten their first choices (my friend included whose number was almost 9,000! Luckily we're still friends :rotfl:)

:j:j:j:j:j:j:jI've just had confirmation of my flights to Sharm el Sheikh in November (remember I was turned down for all the dates I wanted yesterday but I resubmitted last night asking them to pick a date we could go to Turkey, Egypt, Majorca or Ibiza) - surprisingly they are one of the original dates I put in but was refused - obviously they got so fed up with me complaining :j:j:j:j:j:j:j

Maybe everybody will start to hear now - good luck everybody - Sharm el Sheikh here I come!

Thank you - made all the moaning (thank you to everyone who let me rant and rave on here - saved kicking poor hubby and breaking things :rotfl:) and complaining so worthwhile.

In the comment box I put:

"This is the 7th (!!!!!!) time I have resubmitted using 4 different destinations and 18 different dates. If the above dates/destinations are full can you please allocate me flights to Sharm el Sheik or Turkey (1 week duration) on any date? Many thanks."

And then they gave me the flights I put in last week that were turned down - how bizarre, how bizarre! Obviously if you have a specific date or destination in mind tell them that - fingers and toes crossed for you - let me know (and hope you get what you want - we only want a bit of sun, don't we?)
