Can I just ask - when you say "all three of ours" does that mean you've put multiple applications in for the same winners references no. at the same time?

No, there are 6 of us that won, put 3 different applications in with 2 people on each.

After 3 weeks just heard not go flights requested -- I am well unimpressed!

The 21 days have passed now since I submitted my flight requests and still not heard anything! Anybody else had this? And which email (if any!) has anyone written to and recieved a useful response?thanks

How long have they been taking to reply to emails lately?

I emailed them on friday, basically asking what I'm doing wrong. They rejected my first choice, saying the dates were wrong, THEY WERE NOT :mad: so now I've had to resubmit the same dates :mad: :mad:

And the saga continues .................

Since I originally submitted on the 4th (and then a further 5 times!) we have now been told there are no free seats on any of the flights we wanted to Turkey (in May, June or September), Ibiza (May), Sharmh el Sheik (in November although I did resubmit another request to Majorca after what everybody said on here about having no chance) and Majorca - so that makes 4 choices of destinations and 18 different dates - and I have been told I just have to resubmit - so unfair :mad:
