If i were you i'd open a dispute with paypal..it doesnt matter to me how much the item cost but if i know a seller has not described correctly i think they should have the hassle of a dispute/refund to not do it again.
If you go through paypal you'll get your original cost back and the p&p you paid. You pay return p&p.
When you send it back make sure you send it recorded otherwise he could say he never received it. That way you can put the tracking id in to paypal.0 -
