Advice on claiming credit card charges from Barclays

Hi

I am currently waiting for Barclays to send statements for my two credit cards so that I can see how much they have charged me over the last six years. Having been a customer for many years I suspect that this will be a considerable sum.

I am just wondering though if I should be claiming for the difference between the £20.00 they used to charge and £12.00 they now charge or if I can claim for the full £20.00??

Also can you claim for the £12.00 charged since 2006, im a little unsure as to where I stand on this.

Has anyone received all their charges back??

Any advice would be appreciated.

thanks
