You could restart the computer in 'safe' mode and log in as the administrator .....and change the password to one that you can remember0

Basically, try logging on as administrator using F8 between boot and windows loading, if you get it right you'll get the option to log on as administrator which will probably have no password, so leave password box blank.

If you get in then goto users in control panel, select the account and reset the password, but you'll probably lose access to old emails as they are encrypted using the original password login as part of the encryption processFreebies you don't really need can be given to your local Hospice Charity shop so they can raise funds they desperately need. Or- restart the PC and keep pressing F8 until you get the OS Choices menu, select "Safe Mode". When safe mode is loaded click on Administrator and it should go to the desktop but this depends if the Administrator account is enabled. Change/set login accounts & passwords etc.more dollar$ than sense0 -
