Hi Badgermum

I left a good paid job 3 years ago to set up selling designer clothing on ebay and my own internet website
Things have never been easy and looking at my last 2 tax returns an average i was taking home a month was £660

Now couple that with having to buy stock to start it off on credit cards not having enough monthly income to cover interest it soon spiralled

But im thinking that the official receiver wont see it that way

that sounds same as OH he started off paying for materials, diesel etc on our credit cards then once he'd been paid for the job and all overheads been paid low and behold there was never enough profit to pay the cards off, he needed to bring in £17,000 a month just to cover overheads that was without any wages so you can see how quick large debts build up, but the OR probably thinks we've been lording it up for years, plus my parents took out a loan to lend my OH £50,000 to put down as deposit on business premises he's been paying it back at four hundred a month and now I'm worried sick that the OR will want them to hand the money they've had back, they are both pensioners and now have a big loan to pay back, but when all this happened 3 years ago business was booming, hindsight is a wonderful thing unfortunately we weren't blessed with it!!
