Missed Telephone Call - is it a sales call or a win?

I returned from work and have a missed call from 0208 296 1472 when I called it back it said it was the Daily Telegraph???

Is it just a sales call

It's rotten isn't it, everytime my phone rings I hope it's a win
I was out the other night and hubby mentioned that the phone rang and then stopped, he dialled 1471 said it was 0845 something, he didn't think to write it down :rolleyes: He says I'm obsessed with the phone, the computer, competitions and the post. It's true though :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
