NatWest Online Banking: any problems logging in?

Anyone had any problems logging in to NWOLB yesterday/today or recently?

We can't get into OH's accounts at all: it keeps saying there's an error with either the PIN or password and returning us to the login screen try again. Gave up after the third time to avoid being locked out altogether. We were very careful to enter everything slowly and correctly the 2nd and 3rd times. Tried last evening, and again this afternoon. I can log in to my own account with different details.

    No mines fine.
    Do you have the same accounts, or does your OH have different accounts?
    IMO I would telephone them and find out to see what the problem is.

    Yes we will, tomorrow... I was just checking if there was any kind of problem first. He "doesn't do" online banking at all, and leaves it to me :rolleyes:

    We have various NatWest accounts between us. He's a sole trader so has a business account plus reserve, then there's a joint personal and two more in our sole names; so more than one PIN/login to access these. Mine still works, but his now don't... meaning we've lost access to his business accounts, which is worrying with important payments to make, like wages on Friday and all his suppliers next week, not to mention his tax bill and VAT also due next week.

    Last evening I honestly thought it must be a blip (though it would be the first time in some years) and would be fine today. Today I couldn't try it again till teatime, and still couldn't get in. The business account was accessed last Friday to pay wages. Yesterday (or today, when I couldn't do it last night) I needed to send the monthly PAYE/NI payment, but also move money around to cover his tax and VAT. So one way and another, if something's gone awry, the timing couldn't be much worse :(

  • I have a bank account with Natwest and to date have not been able to access my account on line since yesterday morning!! I have typed in all the correct details, then takes me to a page that says" We're sorry but this service is temporarily unavailable" I telephoned the help desk last night and was told to delete my browser history. This did not work so I telephoned back and was told there had been a problem since Friday, I was then transferred to another member of staff to be told that she knew nothing about the online problem and her screen was working fine!!!

    I log in every day, and have been in a few times today and havent had any issues
    Debt free and staying that way! :beer:

    I'm having the same issue also since yesterday morning. I called the help desk and like you was told they were having problems. From sounds of it it's not affecting all customers then. Mobile banking on the iOS app is also affected for me

    Telephone banking is working fine so I've had to resort to that for the time being
