Shish you have already started a thread about this company, whilst I realise you are upset you should follow some of the advise given previously and try to regain your rent rather than starting another thread about them.
Have you for example sent rentapad a recorded delivery letter setting out the rent owed with copies of your contract?
Have you personally gone to see them at the Head Office address?0 -
yes i did all everybody said
send special delivery letter to end contract and called them and emailed them
they got back to me and asked me to be patient , and that they have no money to pay me backkkkkkkk and doing that asap but without any date
i want to go with tenatant private but rentapad wont let me and i need to give tenat 2 months notice and 2 more rent to rentapad!!!!!!!!!
i really dont know what to do
besides, i think they just telling me lies and will not give the tenant 2 months notice
AND , when i speak to tenant they say that they have officially contract with rentapad and need to speak to them first0 -
To be honest I think you have lost your money.
Deal with the tenant yourself and tell Trntapad to either pay you what is owed or sod off.0 -
they have called me that they pay me off when they get some money and offer me don't give the tenant notice and they will make a let only contract between me and tenant and post it to me ( because i am not there) but as ia know them i have asked to fly over and sign the contract in person but they said they are busy the time i have asked!!!!!!!!!
do you think i should go ahead with let only contract by the agency or give the tenant notice and look for another agency and tenant????? don't u think that it is another lie and scam from agency???
i am not sure atall0 -

shish go to a solicitor with your contract - you need legal advise, asking to end a contract will not help you. You need to TELL agent to pay you not ask them to pay you. You should be advising tenant that agent has broken contract and so they need to pay you direct to be able to stay at property.
Your agent is taking you for a ride you need to end dealing with them ASAP, if you have a contract and the agent has an address you should be able to take them to court for the money. But as you have been fobbed off I would get a solicitor or legal advise so that agent sees you are serious.
Previously you said neighbours used this agent, contact your neighbours and see if any can help you they might all be owed money and you can all take action against them.0 -
thank you all0
