List of when companies pay dividends required

I require a list of companies when they pay their dividends I think the The Times newspaper gives out a guide about now.

I find this helps me to pick shares that I would like to buy and sell, any online guide would help aswell.

Whats the difference between a Final Ex-Dividend Date and an Interim Ex-Dividend Date?

You get TWO dividends per year, and interim one and a final one, final is usually larger.
