I've finally, after years and years of being a customer with this company got summat nice to say about them 
I noticed a fault with my phone back in Aug and called the automated line to check it, it came back saying that a fault had been recognised and an engineer would be called and would contact me to arrange a convenient time to come to fix it. Cue a week later, engineer calls from his mobile saying he's on my road and whereabouts am i :eek: so much for arranging a convenient time to call, nevertheless, i gave him directions and he was here within a few minutes. He checked my phone and equipment and totted in and out of the house, he eventually told me he had located the fault and set to work fixing it, I made him a cuppa and let him get on with it. We chatted a while and he seemed a lovely guy.
I then received my bill in January, stating there was a £115 + vat charge for fixing my line :eek: :eek: i immediately queried this with BT and they said they would investigate the charge, a week later i got a letter saying that on this occassion there had been a mistake and the engineer had stated that it was my equipment that was faulty and not the line, cheeky little blighter :mad: anyway all's well that end's well, BT have credited my account for the full amount :j :j

Glad to hear BT are doing something good for a change. We're currently in a massive dispute with them at work and are claiming a lot of compensation.0
