community care grant can some one help

hi , i applied for a grant and was turned down for 2 of the items so i wrote them a letter on the 8th january asking them to look at it again but i have not heard anything back from them yet...will they just send me a letter telling me the new decision and if so how long will it take or will they try to phone me,,,i am too scared to answer or talk on the phone so if they try to phone what will happen..does anyone have any advice please..

I applied in Nov and only heard today! SO there is a back log. HTHDebt free and plan on staying that way!!!!0
