Lunch at the Savoy is better value (when it repoens).0 -
I think it's a standard price of £38 per person. Never seen any vouchers for it.
Worth every penny though0 -

I would love to have tea at the Ritz, always been a lifelong ambition of mine.
Why on earth I just don't go I don't know.

I prefer Fortnums & Masons for tea when in London. You can buy the full monty aor make your own on the A La Carte menu. They have the best tea (F&M Royal Blend) and I think, the environment is better than The Ritz or The Savoy although not so intimate.

I went last year and can honestly say - it wasn't worth it. I think it cost £37/head to sit for an hour and a half in a room full of other people squashed together and have a cup of tea, a sandwich and a cake. Its a complete rip off. I also found that I felt very much one of the 'plebs' who were just there for the £37/head tea.
I can understand people wanting to go for the 'experience' - but please don't expect to be wow-ed. Look for a nice restauranat or cafe in London with decent food, decent service and a nice view and save yourself a lot of money. There is no such thing as a free lunch. Its only free because you've paid for it.
Noone can have everything they want and the sooner you learn that the better.

have you looked on toptable or london-eating for deals? I brought my hubby to Awana for his birthday lunch there on a 50% off total bill offer and it was brill! its got really good food if you like Malaysian food.
there's plenty of good deals for lunch or pre-theatre/non-peak time meals usually :T think there was a Gordon R's place (Boxwood?) that does a 3 course lunch for a good price too... or how about Galvin at Windows at the top of Hilton? on toptable they do 3 courses for under 20 quid, or 33%/50% off bill etc.. check it out, the food there is fantastic and the views unbeatable
enjoy London, there's plenty of good food at good bargain prices if you look around

I have done" Tea at the Ritz" and whilst enjoyable I would agree with the comment that it is an experience rather than good value.
I would suggest tea at Hanbury Manor which is in Ware Herts ,for £20 per head you get a gorgeous tea/sarnies/cakes and get treated like visiting Royalty. The setting is lovely and the drawing room where tea is served is like somewhere that Agatha Christie would have chosen to set one of her murders -great character and great staff.
