Bathroom extractor fan

Who can fit these? can find plenty of places who sell them but dont know who can fit them.
My bathroom gets too steamed up, tiles get wet, so I want a extractor fan for added circulation.

An electrician would be needed to connect it up I beleive. They may also fit the fan, otherwise a handyman should be able to do it.0
