DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CONTACT TRADES DESCRIPTION PEOPLE AS I HAVE PURCHASED A DVD WHICH STATES CLAERLY'THE COMPLETE SERIES' AND YET I KNOW AT LEAST 1 IF NOT 2 EPISODES ARE MISSING. FEEL VERY MISLEADING AND WANT TO REPORT IT. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO DO THIS?

Perhaps you could give us more details? As an example, the Only Fools Complete Series does not include all episodes because some were specials.

I fear that you may make yourself look a tad silly going to Trading Standards at this point.

If you want a refund, you need to go back to the retailer.

But before you complain to them, it might be an idea to make sure that the episodes to which you refer weren't specials, which aren't always considered to be part of a particular series/season.

What DVD did you buy?

OK, assuming that you've taken the advice given on here and checked that the missing episodes ARE really missing, before you contact Trading Standards, what efforts have you made to sort this out with the vendor?

And before you DO contact Trading Standards, make sure of your facts i.e. is it ONE or TWO episodes that are missing.

thanks for replies- i am just annoyed cos it is 'the darling buds of may# dvd says complete series on box from itv but i know for definite the episodes where pop is accused of manhandling mrs jerobowen are missing as these included a character called uncle perc who was in fact played by David jasons real life brother Arthur White. feel let down really just wanted itv to get it right when advertising.
