Lap top converted to TV

I have seen a plug in stick for my computer that will allow me to watch TV on my laptop. This is about £60.

First, are these things any good, has anyone got one?

As I would be using this mostly at my office, it does not have a TV licence, would a have to fork out for another licence, if so, doubt if I would bother!

If you were to use your laptop to watch TV whilst at work then a TV licence is required for the place that you are watching it at. A lot of ffices dont have these
