Well had my interview with PayPlan and they recommended i tried to get my creditors to accept a min payment of £1 until i've finished paying off my council tax (money going striaght out of my wages) and then set up an iva with them.. so was just starting to feel good about things and i find out that some of my creditors…

As far as I'm aware no!

If both names are on the agreement then you are both liable for it!
