i ordered 4 leasure vouchers on the 4th feb to use when i go away on holiday begining of next month and had not recieved any and after reading some of the posts here decided to mail them to check.

had the reply back sorry for the delay your vouchers were mailed yesterday (that would be sunday :rolleyes: :rolleyes: ) and would be with you shortly. todays post had just been and still no vouchers. although there was a recorded delivery tracking number in the email im getting a little worried.

Can you not check on line to see where it is or is that special delivery...

i believe a special delivery can be tracked allong its route but you can only check a recorded delivery once its been signed for and then been entered on the computer by the postman when they get back to the office.
