They've a few people waiting for vouchers they ordered at the start of February but I don't think theres any definate dates for when they will come back in to stock.

Sad to hear about the Racecaller changes, although it was expected. That has been the only way I've made any points in the last few months! Thanks to all of you who post tips - I wouldn't have a clue otherwise! :T

Thanks very much for letting me know that Leisure voucher DO have an expiry date. I think I will risk ordering some anyway. I just worry about the site going to the wall and not getting anything for the piggy points I already have....

Ok, I've found out whats going on with my account.

They (pigsback) have decided that I have used the refer a friend thing to refer myself!!

Yes, you read it correctly!!!

I haven't referred a friend for at least twelve months and then it was correct and was another person entirely.

I have just emailed them and explained the situation but I'm a bit in limbo - I have to email, there's no phone number for them and I just want to get it sorted.

I have just had to fight them to get 2000pp added to my account for a wii machine that I bought as a present from gamestation. Once I got that added and tried to order my vouchers they've closed my account.

Is there anyone I can turn to to get advice etc from regarding this? Gawd, I'm absolutely fuming. I passed over the cashback sites to support pigsback before christmas and this is what they do now!!!

Any ideas???

Try ringing 0207 287 2408.

Also ask them for the proof they have - did your refer a friend last year have the same address as you or is there anyone in your house that also has an account or thirdly have you had a different account with them previously.
