Just to update. Nearly a year on and still nothing. I speak to a different person each time and have to go through it all again. Fair play to the staff, they always seem to want to help. Trouble is he has moved again and I am not yet sure of address so he will continue to not pay. He freely admits he is working on MSN, and to me (once cancelling contact due to job commitments) The last thing mentioned was a 'trace' was going to be done. Still no money and no information
