    I bet they're going to find it's a whole lot more! We recently received our Gas Bill and - having seen the last part of the programme - I knew to check how they caculated the bill. We'd had our meter changed by N Power a few months before returning to BG.

    Sure enough, they've overcharged us because they've been converting our already metric reading to metric from imperial, meaning it was multiplied by 2.83!

    Worst of all, even after we rang them to point this out, we were promised a call back the following day - which we did NOT get - and we still haven't heard from them in 8 days - 5 full working days. It took us half an hour to calculate how much they've overcharged, so I'm sure it wouldn't take them 5 days!

    They're on your back quickly enough when you owe them money and now they owe us approx £700!
