Income protection for accident, sickness etc was the next best thing on our list if it was not possible to get the morgage cover.

    Thanks

Are you speaking with an IFA or a mortgage adviser?

There are plenty of companies that can offer what you need from the whole of market. A mortgage adviser tied to a particular insurer can only offer their in-house product. They may not be able to do it.
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such.
