Natwest, reclaiming while overdrawn

Hey folk of MSE,
I want to help my sister reclaim her bank charges. She's lost her job and is really stuck financially, the thing is, she is well into her £3,000 overdraft with Natwest.
What will happen if she tries to reclaim the money under financial hardship. Could they potentially take her O/D facility away and expect her to pay back the £3k immediately?
If she does get a pay out, will this just go onto her O/D, so in effect she won't have anything to 'live' on?
Thanks for your help.

Where does it say anything about paying straight into her overdraft?
I ask because I am in the same situation, I've received £600 offer from NatWest, but I've got a feeling that will just go into the same account as the overdraft and pay it all off? - Even though, I claimed it as I couldn't afford to meet utility debts..0 -

MRC write to them and ask and explain about the outstanding debts that you have and ask them about that.Where does it say anything about paying straight into her overdraft?
