Getting Money Out

Changed to A and L but still no card or chequebook after a month. I get paid on Tuesday - can I go to a branch and get money out with ID only?

I assume you have contacted them to let them know you haven't received anything, just in case everything has got lost in the post or been half-inched by someone? If they have got all your details and set up your account and your wages are getting paid into it, I can't see there being a problem if you go to the branch with some ID (preferably photo id) and proof of address and demand some money!!
