  • Hello all
Very quiet on here today!!! I wil cheer you all up with a moan!!!

Very cold here today - bit fed up to be honest - work's getting me down - debts seem to be never ending (or sneak up on you), just as I think hey getting on top of this something else happens. (got a reminder for a bill I thought I had paid ergh)

Lodger stuff helps of course but I seem to be constantly playing catch up with myself at home and at work - where on earth do you guys get all of your energy from?? Please send me some energy extra hours in the day and a nice cuppa.....

    The hoover is officially bust
The bolts (STILL) dont fit the wardrobe
My day seems to have disappeared
My supervisor keeps changing my goal posts
Just written cheques for about 250 quid of - um school trip, outstanding oil bill - milk etc etc etc all budgeted for but it still hurts!!!!
And I still haven't got round to buying dishwasher tablets or cleaning lodgers room
    DS sick and whiney

Just wondering if its the 13th or something?????Don't mind me just up for a good moan.................running as tea smells burnt, that will teach me!!!!!.xx

Going to join you in the moany old grot bag stakes fay
    :)
Managed to get through the day at work feeling grotty and snotty but now flopped for the night, snuggled on couch with fleece balanket, pile of tissues and a cuppa. OH is just going to liberate something batch cooked from freezer and stick it in oven - that will be tea sorted;) and I don't care what concoction he comes up with as can't taste a thing anyway;)

Hugs to anyone else feeling poorly - Marru - sorry monkey gave you the tummy bug_pale_

OliveOyl - laughed so much at the bertie bassett comment :rotfl: :rotfl:(Bertie is mentioned regularly on M P's posts, but every time I see it now I will think of your comment:D )

Fay,no your not. Its good to get it off your chest and its better to moan to us than your family and friends face to face. Sending hugs to you.

  • Hi guys

Fellin quite low today :( so just a short list from me:
    • Went to work
    • Completed everything on to do list
    • Left early as not feeling good at all but have planned diary for next week and have written list of things to do
    • Had breakfast at home then packed lunch
    • Haven't really stuck to slimming world though as snacked when home
    • LSD - bought wedding magazine as treat - planned in budget
    • Put pennies in dining room savings jar
    • Catch up on rest of thread
    • Staying in tonight
Had rubbish night's sleep last night - irrational worries about things that are wrong with the house. Then couldn't stop thinking about credit card debt :wall:

Still, fresh day tomorrow - booked it off as annual leave

    Love to all
    xx
Joint debt with OH at LBM Sept 08 (excluding mortgage & student loan) - £34,069

Hey happy people and moany grot bags - sorry everyone seems to be struck down by various lurgys.:(

    1) LSD - just bread and milk
    2) Tried to do surveys
    3) Scratchcard x 20p
    4) Went to work
    5) Read a bit more of the Thrift Book
    6) Played with T's train set - free entertainment! ( He played too)
7)Cheap jackets and beans dinner. Yummy. I stuck metal skewers through them to speed up the cooking time. Very DFW. Then removed the first one with my bare hand:eek:! What a silly cow, now I will have my very first DFW scar.
    8) Helped T make a homemade birthday card for his childminder. He insisted on colouring everything in black, so I made him put some glitter on too before she called in the child psychologist.

I think I shall treat myself to a bath tonight. Have a good evening all, and feel better soon all the poorly ones.
