Does anyone else get a warm glow when they see they've been thanked on a post, or is it just me?
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Thanks everyone I'm feeling a lot better about it now! All my life it's been that nothing's been good enough for him, I got 99% on a school test once and he said it wasn't good enough! So I think this is just an extension of that. Maybe when he comes he'll be pleasantly surprised at how well I'm doing now.

Pepe, I agree about chocolate, I can't remember the last time I had any and zero consumption is definitely against the laws of nature!

Its good for you Ames.......and for those of us facing the daily grind of debt/family issues/emotions/life in general we need a small reward from time to time....some really nice chocolate ( e.g ) is a cheap way of giving ourselves that reward.
REWARD being the important word. ( you do not get a reward for getting dressed! )

  • Hope it's ok to post this-I liked it.....

"Whatever you give a woman, she will make greater. If you give her sperm, she'll give you a baby. If you give her a house, she'll give you a home. If you give her groceries, she'll give you a meal. If you give her a smile, she'll give you her heart. She multiplies and enlarges what is given to her. So, if you give her any crap, be ready to receive a ton of !!!!."

'Whatever you give a gay man, he will dress it in taffeta. If you give him sperm, he'll rim you in return. If you give him a house, he will decorate it in pink. If you give him groceries, make sure they're organic (darling). If you give him shoes, he'll give you his heart. So, if you're reading this Freddie...let me know your address'
