help slit hand on clothes horse

i bought a clothes horse from wilkonsons today got it home before taking it out of packiging managed too cut my hand ... where screws or things that cover screws is there is a really sharp bit with like 3 teeth that cut me ... what do do it is still in selophane

i could of let my daughters take selophane off but i never thankfully

If you needed stitches for your cut then tell trading standards - if it is a minor cut take it back and complain to the shop and ask for a safe replacment.
