barlcays stealing money - cs can't write a email in english that makes sense

    The ombudsman won't deal with your issue until you've exhausted your complaint with the CC company.

    So your next step is to write a letter to their complaints department outlining the issue.

    Why are you taking the word of one company to be true and not the other, have you proof from the company other than their word that they have processed this refund.

    no i can't get proof so i go to barclaycard and they wont tell me a THING. useless

    I've got the same problem, four different payments from four different companies have all gone missing. dealing with Barclaycard is very frustrating. Phlik
