Suggest An Online Savings Account

Hi All

I'm looking for an online savings account with the following criteria:
- Online sign-up.
- Slick user interface which is a pleasure to use.
- Not financially associated with Barclays or Natwest.
- Regulated by the FSA Savings Compensation Scheme.
- Instant access.
- As high an interest rate as possible considering the above.
- Preferably a UK building society.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Not sure about 'Online sign-up' (need for ID checks may prevent), but ticks all the rest.

They do an online ID check. So if you pass that no need for physical documents.
