I ask the Lloyds and they say no, I say why Lloyds

I spoke to someone at Lloyds today and I was asking about the charge case , I was told it hadnt even gone to court yet and that Lloyds were arguing what could be classed as FAIR, their lawyers were right on the case and it could be months before it even could go to court ... is this right?

    They are obviously at the centre of things cos they know absolutely nothing about the case. Have a look at Martin's update and you will see the current situation
