'lost' toolbar in my email

After downloading an updated version of Incredimail (my email program), I have lost the toolbar i use from Smiley Central which also houses 'my signature'. Have downloaded it again from the site but it is still not showing in my 'new mail' window. Where the **** is it?
I've managed to keep it on my main windows, but not on the email which is where it is needed, and, I might add, much missed! Helllllllllllp, please?
