Morrisons moving into the Rhondda

Morrisons is taking over the Co-operative store in Porth not sure when but the store will be closed for 3 weeks for a refit. Will give the local economy a boost as the town has been dead since Woolworths closed.

Morrisons are also taking over the Co-Op in Yiewsley (near Uxbridge). Will give it a try when it does open as we dont have a Morrisons near us.0

Blimey, that'll be strange - the Co-Op's a legend! Still, it'll be nice to have a cheaper supermarket - will they still do the local produce, I wonder? They do a lush cherry cake, I'd be sad to never have that again!Surveys nerd :wave:0
