RAID0 Windows installation - please help!

I need to re-install XP on a Dell machine at work tomorrow. I know it uses 2 x 320GB HDDs in a raid0 configuration. Will this need a driver at the beginning of the install process - I seem to remember the option to press F6 to install something?
If so where should I look for the driver and how would it be installed as there is no floppy drive.
Any help much appreciated.

Is the RAID a hardware type i.e SCSI or SATA or is it done by Windows?Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. I would guess it's hardware SATA as it's mentioned in the bios. The machine is only a year old.0

Can you get it from the Dell drivers site?

Be careful with RAID0 though. As we speak I'm sitting on a second machine as one of my hard drives on my RAID0 box is broken. Hoping to get it working again.0 -
The best way round the Catch-22 of Windows needing access to the hard drive before it has had a chance to install the SATA drivers is to build an installation CD with nLite. You can slipstream SATA, and other, drivers (I believe that you can even add multiple-drivers for the same device - only the required ones are actually installed). You can also slipstream Service Pack 3 and other Windows patches.0

Thanks for the suggestions but it turned out not to be a problem. I think Dell must have already slipstreamed the drivers into their supplied re-install cd. I just ignored the F6 prompt and everything installed fine.0
