    Because the payout of the Icesave compensation took so long I couldn't fix anything. Once I had money back the interest rate was already so low.
    I hate Icesave!!!

    Fixed 35K @ 7% with ICICI and 55K @ 6.25% with Nationwide both for 2 years,also 10K @ 6.1% Bradford & Bingley for 6 months. ISA 3.6K @ 6.2% for 1 year.

    The only thing where ive made a mistake is i had 6.4K with Icesave in an ISA. Left for Thailand for 3 months December 2nd waiting on the certificate so was unable to fund another ISA untill my return. Maybe think about a stocks & shares ISA.

    To be honest seen the rate cuts coming, but not as low as they seem to be going. Im hoping to get back into property when the 2 year accounts mature at the end of 2009.
