Moneybookers

Hi,

Had a look for this, can't see it answered anywhere. Can't find any Ts & Cs regarding it. Does anyone know how an upload to Moneybookers is treated by the credit card companies? Is it classed as a cash advance, in which case oodles of fees to apply... or could it be a purchase?

Thanks,

:)

    It's a cash advance.
