How long to add the B/T fee?

My OH has a cap one card and they have just added the balance transfer fee, 3 months after the B/T went through - is this normal?
I have done one on a mbna card before and it all went on at roughly the same time - very quickly!!

It's normal for Cap One.
Lenders vary in this respect, as with almost everything else.People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0 -
