Did you let malwarebytes remove them all? Zonealarm and AVG are hogs uninstall them both and swap to http://www.pctools.com/firewall/ and http://www.free-av.com/0

Still working on all this. Removed AVG... tried to remove Zonealarm.. says it has but has left my ad/remove window stuck.. so will do all i need to do and reboot.

Yup get completely rid of Norton make sure to enable windows firewall until you install pctools one. Start>control panel>press switch to classic view on the left hand side> windows firewall>select the on option and press ok.0
