Did you let malwarebytes remove them all? Zonealarm and AVG are hogs uninstall them both and swap to http://www.pctools.com/firewall/ and http://www.free-av.com/

Still working on all this. Removed AVG... tried to remove Zonealarm.. says it has but has left my ad/remove window stuck.. so will do all i need to do and reboot.

Will come back with the results ... thanks guys

Yup get completely rid of Norton make sure to enable windows firewall until you install pctools one. Start>control panel>press switch to classic view on the left hand side> windows firewall>select the on option and press ok.
