Not sure if this is the right thread but egg offer upto £200 cashback per year running from april to march now I have only just got my egg account and am wondering if I would be able to get my spending up on that card to qualify to get the cashback. It pays 1%.

Assume you are talking about Egg Money? You qualify for the 1% cashback on all your purchases. To get a full £200 back, you need to spend £20,000 in the "Egg year". If you spend more than £20K, you will still only get £200 back.
Unless you are a very heavy spender, and have got an appropriate limit on your card, I'd say it is unikely you get £200 in a couple of months time. But don't despair, the cashback will probably continue to be applied for a few months hence0
