Can someone clarify step 2 in hardship case

Hi,
I've sent the 1st template claiming hardship to Halifax and they have replied saying they believe the charges to be correctly applied.
They are not arguing about the fact that we are in financial difficulty (despite asking for no proof although their having downgraded the account to basic one may have sufficed).
I am now about to send the "step4" template letter but do i need to add anything to it to stress that this should be considered a financial hardship case.
Any help/advice gratefully received
Cheers
Steve

Hi Steve
I`m at the same position as you I would just state in the letter exactly what you say .. you want this considered as a financial hardship case!
good luck
