I've now spent over an hour on the phone to them and got nowhere. When I try to access the TV guide the screen just says its searching for listings please wait and never finds them. I can view if I put in the channel number or use the channel up/down, but the TV guide seems to have given up the ghost.
First of all rang them on 0870 number and after being in the queue unanswered for 20 minutes spotted the freephone number on here.
Rang that instead and queued for another 30 minutes before getting through to lets say, a foreigner, who I could only understand one word in ten, and he basically told me to turn it off at the wall and check the connections at the back etc!! Like I hadn't tried that already!!!!
Anyway, after faffing around for another quarter of an hour, when he finally realised he couldn't sort it himself he said he would transfer me to somebody else and promptly CUT ME OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To say I'm fuming would be an understatement.
I've tried to find a number for complaints etc, but all you can find is the sodding 0870 numbers or the freephone number which now tells you there is a 25 minute wait to speak to someone.
Can anyone suggest anything I can do so that I can speak (rant?) to somebody who might actually get something done? I'd go via disconnections if I could find a number for that, no doubt its an 0870 number though.
The way I'm feeling about Sky right now, I'd happily have it disconnected.
