  • unless you choose the more expensive delivery type, delivery takes ages. But other than that, none.Be aware to keep packages under £18 at a time ( altho i think they now mail seperatly)

No problems here either, ordered many times and everything arrives well packaged but it does take around 7-10 days to arrive with normal post.

If you buy something pricey like a digital camera I think they offer a quicker special delivery.
  • have dealt with them for a couple of years and bought memory, cameras, ink paper and lots of bits, service has always been fine,
any problems have always been sorted very quickly by email,
delivery is slow but then its cheap compared with the "next day but its 4.95 +vat" boys,
if anything isn't in stock card isn't charged
packages are either less than £18 and vat free or vat paid.

OK so far so I continue to use them.
Fiscally responsible or just a tight git? :

    Nope.

Used them many times over many years. As the others have said, it takes a few days for stuff to arrive, but p&p is cheap and their stuff has always done exactly what it says on the tin!

    What's the problem??

Only time was when a memory card did not turn up. they insisted on me waiting a month before refunding. That was someones birthday present a month late :( Customer support are a bit terse. Usually good prices though.

I bought a battery charger off them that failed and they gave me a free post address to return it to and sent me a replacement, so no problems with them
  • I have - I ordered a battery charger that was not as described in the ad ie 'fast'. I complained that they misrepresented it on the website and that I was misled by it. They refunded the item cost but not the P&P (which they said they would do on first enquiry). I was left £5 out of pocket and vowed never to use again! The emails I received off them were curt and rude at best.
