bank charges

last year we did the xmasss shopping ,we have £100 overdraft on our acount but the bank let me go over drawn by over £600 pounds and did not bother to tell us we reached our limet.now they will give us new card but wount be able to use them.they have chared big charges for going over drawen .the manager at my branch told the bank takes a dim view and we ade a mokery of there money.it was not my fault as they did not tell me that i had reached my limt .so i dont know what to do now can anybody help me .

    Can you clarify a bit more background information? Have charges been refunded? Have you been charged quite a lot? Are you still over your limit?

    i have been to the bank and payed the 600 pounds back to put me in the clear.the that only gave me £61.95 .the have chared me £35 a time for each of my direct debits .i am still have a little money left in the bank but done know what to do next .
